Home, deposit or pickup: how your family can receive the money
When you create the transfer you choose how the money reaches your family. These are the three options and what to know about each.
Home delivery
A courier takes the cash to the beneficiary’s address. It is the easiest option for older people or anyone who cannot go out.
Lower amounts include a delivery charge; the calculator shows it before you send.
Deposit to their card
We deposit the money to the beneficiary’s card. We keep the deposit receipt and you can see it in your account.
Double-check the card number when you add it: a wrong number delays the delivery.
Pickup at our point
Your family picks up the money at our pickup point, during its opening hours. The address is on the website and on the transfer.
What your family needs
The beneficiary must show their ID card to receive the money. If someone else receives it, we write down their name and ID card.
Let them know a transfer is on its way, especially for home delivery, so they are at home.
If nobody is home
If the courier cannot deliver (nobody is home, the address is wrong or the ID card is missing), they note it and we email you to try again.
If the next attempt fails too, our office calls you to find the best solution together: another day, another address or cancelling with a refund.
How long does it take?
Each delivery option has its own time in working days, from when we confirm your payment. You see it before confirming the transfer and on the transfer page.
