How to send money to your family with Zelle, step by step
With El Bazar de Patry you pay with Zelle from your bank and your family receives the money at home, on their card or at our pickup point. This is a transfer from start to finish.
1. See how much your family receives
In the calculator on the home page you choose whether to fix what you pay or what your family receives, and how they receive it. You instantly see the fee, the delivery charge if any, the day’s rate and the total.
No hidden costs: what you see in the calculator is what you pay.
2. Create your account
Sign up with your name, email and phone, and confirm your email from the link we send you. You only do this once.
3. Add your beneficiary
Enter the full name of the person receiving the money, their ID card, phone and address. If the money goes to their card, add the card details too.
They stay saved in your account: next time you just pick them.
4. Confirm the transfer
Choose the amount and how they receive it, check the summary and accept the delivery terms. Once confirmed, the transfer gets a code like EBP-000123 and the rate is locked.
5. Pay with Zelle
The transfer page shows the Zelle phone number, the account holder and the exact amount. You can also scan our QR code from your banking app.
Write the transfer code (EBP-…) in the Zelle memo so we know whose payment it is. You have 24 hours to pay.
Then upload the payment screenshot or enter the confirmation number. A member of our team checks it and we email you once it is confirmed.
6. Follow the delivery
Your account shows which step the transfer is at and the estimated delivery time. On delivery we take a photo, or keep the receipt for a deposit, and you can see it there.
