How we work
Before you send, you see what you pay and what your family receives, with the day’s rate. That rate stays fixed on your transfer.
You pay with Zelle and a member of our team confirms the payment. Then we take the money to their home, deposit it to their card or they pick it up at our point.
On delivery we take a photo or keep the deposit receipt. You see it in your account and we email you at every step.
What matters to us
Clarity: no hidden costs. The fee is published and the calculator shows the total before you send.
Being close: if you prefer to write or call us, we make the transfer for you.
Care with your data: we only use it to deliver your transfers and we never sell it.
