Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms govern the use of the El Bazar de Patry website and money transfer service. By creating an account or sending a transfer, you accept them.

1. The service

El Bazar de Patry receives your payment and delivers the money to the person you choose (the beneficiary): in cash at their home, as a deposit to their card or at our pickup point.

Before you confirm each transfer we show you what you pay, the fee, transport if it applies and what the beneficiary receives.

2. Your account

To send money you need an account with your real details and a verified email. You must be of legal age.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you think someone got into your account, change it and let us know.

We may suspend an account if we detect false information, misuse or suspicious activity.

3. Price, rate and fees

The fee depends on the amount you pay and the delivery type, according to the fee table published on the website, and is taken out of that payment.

The exchange rate is the one of the day you create the transfer and stays fixed for that transfer even if it changes later.

4. Payment

For now, payment is made by Zelle to the account we show you when you create the transfer, for the exact amount and with the transfer code in the memo.

Then you must upload the payment screenshot or the confirmation number. A member of our team checks it before the money is delivered.

If we do not receive the payment within 24 hours, the transfer is cancelled automatically. You can create it again with that day’s rate.

If the payment does not match the transfer, we will tell you so you can correct it or ask for a refund.

5. Delivery

We deliver the money to the beneficiary you registered. To receive it, they must show their ID card.

On delivery we take a photo or keep the deposit receipt, which you can see in your account.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control. If a transfer cannot be delivered, we will contact you to sort it out.

Check that the beneficiary’s details are correct: we are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by wrong details.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a transfer as long as you have not paid it.

Once paid, only our team can cancel it. If we cancel a paid transfer that was not delivered, we refund you by Zelle.

A transfer that was already delivered cannot be refunded.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering or to send money on behalf of others without their knowledge.

We may ask you for additional information, hold or reject a transfer and notify the authorities when the law requires it.

8. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the confirmed amount to the registered beneficiary. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties, service outages or situations beyond our control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date. Transfers already created follow the conditions in force when you made them.

10. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, write to us through the contact section of the website.
