To deliver your money we need some details about you and your beneficiaries. Here we explain which ones, what we use them for and what you can do with them.
What we store
About you: first and last name, email, phone, preferred language and your password (encrypted, nobody can read it).
About your beneficiaries: names, phones, ID card, address, references, zone, map location if you mark it, relationship and, if you use it, their card or account number.
About each transfer: amounts, rate, delivery type, status and its history, the payment screenshot or confirmation number and the delivery photo or receipt.
Minimal technical data for your security: the IP address and browser of each session.
What we use them for
To create and deliver your transfers, check payments, email you at each step and help you when you write to us.
To protect your account, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees them
Only staff who need to. Whoever delivers a transfer sees the beneficiary details needed for the delivery, not your details or your payment, and stops seeing them once the delivery is done.
We use providers to host the service and send emails. They only process the data to provide that service to us.
We may hand data to the authorities when the law requires it.
How we protect them
The website always uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payment proofs and photos are private: only you and authorised staff can see them.
In lists, card numbers are hidden except for the last digits. Important staff actions are logged.
We make daily backups so your data is not lost.
How long we keep them
While you have an account and, after that, for as long as the law requires for records of money transactions. Then we delete them.
Your rights
You can see and correct your details and your beneficiaries’ details from your account.
You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account. We may have to keep some data about past transfers by law.
Cookies
We only use what is essential: a secure cookie to keep you signed in and a preference stored in your browser with your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
For any question or to exercise your rights, write to us through the contact section.
