How much your family receives: using the calculator
Before sending you can see exactly what you pay and what reaches your family. This is how the calculator on the home page works.
Choose which amount to fix
“What they receive”: you enter how much you want your family to get. We add the fee and the delivery charge, if any, and tell you how much to pay with Zelle.
“What I pay”: you enter how much you will pay with Zelle. We take off the fee and the delivery charge, and tell you how much reaches your family.
Use whichever is easier for you: it is the same transfer seen from both sides.
The fee
It depends on the amount and is published in the fees section of the home page. No hidden costs: the calculator already includes it in the total.
The delivery charge
It only applies when the money is taken to their home, and only for lower amounts. Card deposits and pickup at our point have no delivery charge.
The day’s rate
If your family receives another currency, the calculator uses the day’s rate. Once you confirm the transfer, that rate is locked for it even if it changes later.
From the calculation to the transfer
When the result works for you, press “Send this amount”: the transfer is prepared with the same numbers, and you see them again in the summary before confirming.
